This brass lamp with lacquered cherry red shade designed by Oscar Tarlasco has articulating ball joints that enable one to adjust the cant of both the stem and the shade. The lower joint has a handsome knurled collar detail.
Its friendly shape, flexibility and well wrought proportions give this piece presence. The colorful simple shade lends graphic appeal.
The lamp retains its original white plastic push button on/off mechanism. It has been freshly rewired for US use with a red cloth wrapped cord and two-pronged plug. It accepts two standard base bulbs. LED recommended.
